- This week we have been learning to:
- Planning to write our pirate advert.
- Using our plans and our writing mats to write an advert to hire a pirate.
- Practising our sports day activities in the park.
- Enjoying taking part in sports day activities.
- Learning how to summarise a story thinking about the characters, problem and solving the problem.
- Practising our spelling.

Week Beginning 4/6/18
- We have been learning to:
- Learning the story of Pirate Tom.
- Working as a team to get pirates from one island to the other only using two planks.
- Staying in Character and asking questions to Pirate Tom.
- Sorting irregular 2D shapes.
- Finding right angles in half and quarter turns.
- Planning and creating our own story map for the story of Pirate Tom.
